Playground and Parks March Newsletter

 Asphodel-Norwood Playground and Parks Newsletter
The Asphodel-Norwood Playground and Parks Committee has been
awarded a National "Let Them Be Kids‟ Helping Hands Award,
which helps financially by splitting new playground costs as well as
allowing us to provide an area for kids to play! To date, the
committee has already raised the $38,000 for the playground,
but needs help raising the other funds
for a new paved walking
trail and accessories. Also, enhancements to all other parks are
part of the three phase initiative.

Randy from Wrap It Up –N-Go was one of the first businesses to help out with the Playground and Parks Project!
He presented a cheque to Stacy Gerow recently with a donation from the purchases made on Family Day
